B.Sc in Hospitality & Hotel Administration

The National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology centrally regulates admissions to the 3-year B.Sc. Hospitality & Hotel Administration Program by conducting the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) in May.

The Bachelor of Science Program in Hospitality and Hotel Administration is offered jointly by the National Council for Hotel Management and the Indira Gandhi National Open University. 3-Year Program (six semesters) equips students with all the required skills, knowledge and attitude to efficiently discharge supervisory responsibilities in the Hospitality Sector. 

The program also involves in-depth laboratory work for students to acquire the required knowledge and skills standards in the operational areas of Food Production, Food & Beverage Service, Front Office Operation, Housekeeping and providing managerial inputs in Hotel Accountancy, Food Safety and Quality, Human Resource Management, Facility Planning, Financial Management, Strategic Management, Tourism Marketing and Tourism Management.

The Institute itself regulates admissions to the 1½-year Diploma Courses in May. Reservation of seats is as per the Haryana Government policy.

Diploma courses in Food Production and Food & Beverage Service are aimed at equipping trainees with knowledge, attitude & skills for the fundamentals of cooking and serving for the effective discharge of duties & responsibilities while working in hotels/restaurants and other hospitality establishments. The trainees with sincere, courteous, and responsible discharge of duties/responsibilities can strengthen and brighten their career opportunities. The institute regulates admissions to Diploma Courses in May.
